The biggest problem with short sleep

  1. When you wake up in the middle of the night go back to sleep.

  2. Can’t fall asleep? Practice breathwork, take a walk, read a book, change your mind.

  3. Later part of sleep is probably dream sleep.

  4. Prepare to return to a dream state - focus on the most positive thought you can imagine.
