☕ Caffeine and 💤 sleep. Can you have one without the other? 💡

🤔 You might think that if you're sleeping well, it doesn't matter how much caffeine you drink. But science says otherwise: caffeine can impact the quality of your sleep.

According to a study by researchers from Johns Hopkins University, people who consumed more than 300 mg of caffeine per day had "significantly less total sleep time, rapid eye movement (REM) sleep, and REM density." This means that even if you're getting enough total sleep hours, you may still be drinking too much caffeine if it's interfering with your ability to get deep REM sleep. The same study also found that people who drank more than 300 mg of caffeine per day were more likely to experience feelings of depression and anxiety.

So, how much is too much? If you're drinking three cups of coffee ☕ a day or more, you may want to cut down on your intake—and try some natural ways to help improve your sleep quality instead! 🌱
