"Circadian-informed" Light exposure to help your body shift to night work.
Here's a study that helped people shift to night work by using blue-enriched light and blue-depleted light (at the appropriate times). It looks like it improves alertness, cognitive performance, AND helped them get almost an hour extra of sleep, when compared to uniformly dim conditions during the shift to night work.
I wonder WHEN it makes sense to shift vs. not shift.
