Setting up your sleep dojo

This was the most impactful part of my process throughout this sleep program. I would love to share with others the process I went through in getting my routine built and my sleep dojo to where I am starting to be able to fall right asleep and get a good night rest where I am waking up feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the day.


I will focus on setting up your dojo that works for you. I can share personal experiences and what worked and didn't work for me.


I will also share how I am navigating consistency with my night routine with such a crazy schedule and lifestyle that doesn't have much consistency to it. I can share things I have had to overcome and work with to make it as consistant I can.
