Sleep Schedule / Routine
The hardest part of all of this isn’t creating a routine, but following it when things beyond my control affect it. I generally do ok getting 8 hours on my off days, but inevitably working overnight will wreck it. The first time I went through this, it actually became an additional stressor, worrying about the amount of sleep I’d be getting (or not). I’m still working on it and ultimately that’s what brought me back into Sleep 101. I’m taking magnesium every night and cherry juice before bed. I’ve added meditation back into my daily non-negotiables and those all help immensely.
