Personalized/Crew Sleep Schedules
Good Morning Everyone!
For those who do not know me my name is Justin and I went through one of the very first cohorts and now I have the privilege of helping Rob with his incredible mission.
After completing the course I approached my crew with what I learned and a few wanted to give trying a sleep schedule a try. So, I took what I learned and combined it with short periods of meditation and developed a sleep schedule that fit the needs of myself and our crew while on shift. My question to all of you is this; what type of sleep schedule/routine have you implemented in your lives and how have you customized to fit your needs and possibly the needs of others you are hoping to influence into having better sleep and better mental health?
