Early/consistent bed time

Earlier and consistent bed times has been a game changer for me and my sleep. I have little kids, so I’m exhausted by 830/9 (spare me from the old man jokes ha). I used to Santa’s up until 10, but then I could t get to sleep quickly. Instead now , I go to bed when I’m naturally tired and I’m feeling a lot better. I track my sleep and heart data on the whoop. Since the change, my restorative sleep percentage (deep sleep and REM) went from 33% to 47%. I now feel like I have more energy and I’m mentally sharper throughout the day.

I love this application of techniques with data. When a lot of these sleep measurement devices hit the market in 2018, everyone had too much information and nothing to do about it. Great job!
