AMAZING SLEEP PROGRAM
I finished my 6 weeks of this amazing sleep program! I've learned so much about the importance of sleep, establishing a sleep routine/schedule, and all the other important things that factor into quality sleep (environment/nutrition to name a few). Before the program I "thought" I was sleeping 8 plus hours because I was in bed for that long, but, still wondering why I was exhausted the next day, thinking I had 8 plus hours of sleep, why was I so tired??? This program, along with the withing's sleep mat, I learned that I wasn't getting as much sleep as I thought and definitely not good quality deep, restorative sleep that I very much needed. I learned so much about sleep behavior, environment, chemical physiology, and circadian rhythms to truly help me understand all I need to know about how to get quality sleep and the importance of it for my overall health and wellbeing. I highly recommend this course. You will get so much out of it, the staff is amazing, ready and available to answer your questions/concerns. Thank you, Rob Sweetman, for this wonderful opportunity. I TRULY appreciate it. I now have all the tools I need to get much needed quality sleep that I've been missing for so long.
