I drink 1 Red Bull usually around 6 AM, and I occasionally have another one later in the day. I take magnesium as well as melatonin before sleep. The system usually works well, but I am excited to begin curtailing my intake.

See if you can switch to a tea or coffee. You can cool it in the fridge and add honey to be more like the redbull. The energy drinks tend to be hard on your heart and your sleep. Whichever way you go, try not to drink one after lunch or 3pm at the latest. Caffeine has a 6-hour halflife. You shouldn’t need the melatonin unless there’s a reason I don’t know about.
