Supplement Plan
The big medication I was taking to help with sleep is Eszopiclone. I ended up staying on that one the longest prior to this group due to it being the only one that seemed to help at all (went from taking ~3hrs to fall asleep to ~2hrs) but I’ve tried any you can imagine or google. Since class I’ve stopped taking it. Falling asleep takes a noticeably longer amount of time, but I understand it’s a process.
Other medications I have not stopped taking that can relate to sleep
famotadine (nausea when lying down)
Lamotrigine (fairly new medication, sleep issues have existed many years prior, this is one of the few that has had no effect on it)
And something for restless leg syndrome, I’ll post the picture below. Attempted to stop taking this, but to my surprise it actually was working and RLS is beyond miserable
