Supplements Discussion
Just putting out a list of my supplements that I tend to take to start some dialogue if anyone has any feedback
Typical day:
4 grams of nutricost electrolytes
1 early grey tea (coffee maybe once every week or two)
60 grams of body fortress protein
Mix in from time to time:
600mg Alpha GPC
500mg L'tyrosine
I haven't been on a break from the latter two and have not experimented them during a period of sleep tracking. My strategy is really to try and stay off the caffeine as much as possible and stay hydrated. I am tending to have a tea just about every work day, but I never use energy drinks and tend to stay away from caffeine on the weekend. A big thing for me is also eating the right foods. I always try to have at least one vegetable with my dinners and mix in greens for lunch when I can. If anyone has thoughts about different protein sources or the two brain supplements I mentioned let me know.
