Healthy Sleep
This article was interesting to me because it was along the lines of what we are currently doing. It was a sort of "tough love" if you will, learning about all the habits that affect our sleep. For me, getting the second opinion is always important. Fact checking and learning from what others have found to have worked. This study breaks down the facts just as our course has been doing. It was interesting to me to see how sleep has been directly impacting the way that I am aging and how it affects me more the older that I get. Not sure if it is our youth that tolerates it or maybe just the was we are able to adapt better. I recommend the article. I have attached to link above. Again the class and presentation from Harvard was very similar to the study that we are participating in and I liked how it focused primarily on the same facts as our class
