In the case of sleep inertia and failures in alertness, this might be a good tool to introduce in a workplace or home setting. The light also locks in 24hour circadian rhythm using different wavelengths/spectrum throughout the "day," customized to your individual sleep and wake times. I have a Bios light for personal use, and I have found it completely negates any sleep inertia (even waking up at 415am in the dark) and I feel more positive affect starting the day.

I have also had the opportunity to review research utilizing the spectral engineering tech and have been impressed.
