Residence frequency training / HRV
Good evening,
Using optimal HRV conduct two 20 min daily residence frequency training sessions. One upon waking and one prior to sleep. Goal is to number one improve HRV and secondly transition into sleep / sleep longer.
4 weeks in my HRV is the same but I am transitioning easier and sleeping slightly better.
Anyone with experience doing this that has gotten HRV to increase?

Ive tried woop and oura in the past, wearing both at the same time. Results were similar, but seemed to get to the results differently. Anyone else have similar experiences?
